1. What our 2 years limited warranty covers

AndaSeat/AndaSeat/AndaSeat (we, us and our) extends the following limited warranty to the buyer of the Products (you and your).

Missing materials from the Products at the time of delivery;Defects in the manufacturing of materials used for the Products at the time of delivery;Failure of the Products to correspond with the description in the applicable contract of sale at the time of delivery;The Products will fit your particular purpose if we promised that the Product would meet a need you told us about, based on our records;Major defects in the functionality of gas piston, armrests, backrest recline, and casters;Your warranty will be valid for the following duration:

STEPS1. Please examine first once you received you chair, make sure there’s no problem with your items and then assemble it. Please contact us if anything wrong is detected.Only the unassembled chairs can be returned. If the chair has already been assembled, you shall not return it.2. Send an email with images of the issue or product image if not opened yet to sales-support@andaseat.com3. Once we confirm and approve the return / exchange, customer will need to ship it back to the address provided by Anda Seat with customer’s own expense.4. After the inspection of the package, we will ship the exchanged unit under Anda Seat’s expense. If return, we will refund the full amount or after deducted the restocking fee.

AndaSeat provides shipping on all orders with selected shipping options.

All orders will normally be shipped within 72 business hours of an order placed.
